I was looking for in person therapy based more upon a holistic mindful approach. It was really hard to find someone who was still working in person. I feel very grounded and cared for and am getting more in touch with my body on a daily basis.

I am in a domestic violence situation and am so scared of leaving because of my kids. We have just started working together, but I already feel that I have practical tools to keep myself and the children safer. I hope I can have the strength to do the right thing.
