I made an appointment through Zocdoc and the office contacted me immediately that that appointment was not available. They then gave me options for other appointments in that week and it was all done via text, which I appreciated. The office was nice, clean, and the office workers were quick to greet me. The dental staff were all very nice, listened to my concerns, and got me set up with a plan for next steps. I would recommend.

Dr Sou, dental staff, and hygienist were excellent. Saw Dr Sou for an acute dental need. Liked them so much, I established new patient care there and had teeth cleaned and x-rayed the same day bc hygienist had a cancel. Front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest; one seemed briefly hostile during a miscommunication.

Dr. Sou & the entire staff at this office were absolutely wonderful—from the front desk to the dental hygienists! I have severe dentist-anxiety from a few prior bad experiences and I cannot express my gratitude enough. No one likes having to make an emergency dentist appointment, but this office singlehandedly turned my frantic and panicked day into a happy one.
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sou! I will always point any and all dentist-anxious friends I have to this office. ??

They were so lovely. I haven't been to the dentist in years, so I was feeling pretty anxious. They made me feel so welcome, and were so comforting!
Answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable.
Highly recommend, especially if you were someone like me and putting it off because you were nervous.

Dr. Sou and her assistant made every effort to ensure my comfort during the procedure. They explained every procedure along the way. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend Terrace Dental. And free parking is a bonus!!!

My son is a type 1 diabetic so I worry about everything!! The office staff was so sweet and so accommodating to all my concerns!! My 12 year old even LOVED his cleaning and can't wait to see them all again!! They are the best!! ????

Couldn't be happier with Terrace Dental everyone on the staff is great. I especially love Marty the Hygienist what a wonderful person, it's so rare to find a dental office where the staff doesn't make you feel like you have done everything wrong with your teeth sense your last visit. A very chill environment, I highly recommend.

They canceled my appointment and blamed zocdoc for not syncing with their schedule rather than trying to rectify the scheduling issue. They left me a message saying they had no appointments for over 2 months even though they have several providers with multiple appointments every day on zocdoc. They also said they would reach out to reschedule but didn't. The office staff feels unprofessional.

I received a text reminder prior to the appointment and was given the opportunity to complete some paperwork before arriving. The wait was minimal and follow up appointments were scheduled and completed in a timely fashion. We love the office staff and hygienists and don’t absolutely hate going to the dentist anymore!
