Triple boarded Licensed Medical Provider in Psychiatry with 20 years of experience as medical psychiatry provider and 30 years experience as a psychotherapist utilizing mindfulness techniques, Buddhist strategies to work with depression, anxiety disorders. I utilize the newest medications available when appropriate to minimize adverse side effects many of the older antidepressants and mood stabilizers cause for many patients. My goal is to prescribe like you were myself or a family member and weight gain, emotional numbness, withdrawal effects are of highest priority to prevent!

Most relevant
Terri's friendly demeaner and apt listening skills made her very easy to open up to. This was my first time talking with a therapist so I wasn't necessarily sure what to talk about or how it worked, but she immediately made me feel very comfortable and was good at asking guiding questions. I'd definitely recommend her!
