My recent visit was incredibly disappointing. The office was completely unprepared for my appointment, and it was clear that no one had confirmed my insurance beforehand. The lack of organization and professionalism resulted in a frustrating and unproductive three hour wait. I would not recommend this office.

Excellent bedside manner and an extremely friendly disposition. You can tell that she cares about her patient's well-being and isn't trying to over medicate or order unnecessary exams. Not judgemental at all of you have been slightly behind (or in my case super behind) on annual exams!

Horrible i wouldn’t bring a pet there. The ARNP appeared intoxicated. She could barely stand. And she didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know
I wanted to see a doctor that actually knew something
This place was a mad house in the waiting room as well. Front desk would be gone for 30 min at a time

This was my first visit to this office. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Linnet listened to me and I felt heard by her. Valet parking is free if you have an appointment with this office, garage parking is free too if you’d rather walk. I’m glad I made the switch!

I LOVED the staff at this location! I have been looking for another PCP since I’ve moved to DFW area and I felt comfortable, not once judged, and welcomed. Dr. Musee is very attentive, great listener and did not make me feel pressured. I felt seen and understood - Special notice to Dr. Lafaye (hope I spelled that right) she made me feel as if I was talking to an Aunt or a relative, great listener and distractor as well! I have found my Primary care providers and I’m very grateful.

I would describe the front desk, ladies as being lazy and inconsiderate. I called multiple times prior to my appointment to ask them to double check my insurance cause it’s an hour drive for me and I didn’t wanna waste my time and get there and then not accept my insurance as they proceeded to tell me yes they accept it and already gone over everything then I get there and they tell me they don’t take mine I was pretty flabbergasted considering the fact it took her 10 minutes to tell me that, but my five phone calls that were made prior to my appointment to make sure I was approved. They were just telling me yes instead of actually checking and doing their job 0/10 wouldn’t recommend office people just plan Jane lazy
