I set up a video appointment to be seen for thyroid related questions. I waited 30min with no assistance before receiving a call asking if I wasn’t coming, to which I responded I had already logged in and been in the waiting room for 30min. Apparently no one was aware my appointment was virtual somehow. I live three hours away from the clinic so in person was not an option for me. I then receive another call asking for the reason of my appointment which I had already filled out online. Upon letting them know it was a thyroid related appointment I was told that’s “not something this provider deals with” which was extremely concerning because, by definition, an endocrinologist deals with hormone related concerns. So not sure how they have the certification at all o then? All in all an awful experience and my first experience with ZocDoc, hesitant to use it again for sure.

The office was beautiful, very modern and clean, and esthetically appealing. No wait time, my appointment was exactly on time. The staff was very friendly. Dr Jaffer was very cordial and spent quite a bit of time with me. She came up with a treatment plan that was easy and acceptable, she explained everything thoroughly, and was sensitive to my insurance needs and medical history. All things considered, I was very satisfied with this visit.
