Instantly felt like someone I could open up to, and never felt judged or difficult to express myself.

i wish i could give this provider a fair evaluation, but unfortunately, i can't since they never showed up to our appointment or canceled it ahead of time. when another provider on zocdoc realized i needed in-person services vs. telehealth, they called to cancel and called again to see if i was interested in rescheduling after their practice opened again. maybe this provider isn't fully aware of the appointments booked through zocdoc, or perhaps they're just not great at keeping track of their time. either way, this was an unfortunate waste of mine.
