Dr. Kannan and his staff were amazing. I booked through ZocDoc the night before and the office staff didn't see the appointment prior to my arrival. Even with the small challenge, they fit me in. The wait time was longer than expected, but after meeting with Dr. Kannan, it was right on time. Dr. Kannan takes time with each patient. He has great bedside manner and he's not trying to dismiss you in 5 minutes. He ensures all concerns are discussed. He's a great listener, knowledgeable, and communicates well. I highly recommend Dr. Kannan.
