Dr. Abdul went above and beyond, more than any other doctor I see. He took time and listened and then explained everything to me. We went over all my medical issues and meds. I’m on, we spent over an hour with no rush. Highly recommend this doctor.
The receptionist Priya, she was very pleasant to deal with. Answered the phone with great attitude and very helpful and the office smelled so clean and was very clean.

All too often people don't feel "seen" by medical field personnel. I relocated from Chicago to Texas. I needed a whole new healthcare team and he will definitely be one that stays. He listens and always has eye contact. I'm glad to be in good hands.

The doctor was great and I was able to get an appointment quickly. Unfortunately, my experience with the administrative side of the office was very frustrating. My prescriptions and lab orders were never sent, despite being told multiple times that everything had been submitted. The documents were signed, yet after three weeks nothing had been completed. Being repeatedly told that the issue had already been handled when it clearly had not was disappointing. Due to these ongoing administrative issues, I will not be returning.

I was shocked to receive such poor care after reading the nearly unanimous 5 star reviews. This man was rude from the start, tried telling me i didnt know what i was talking about (spoiler i did) and made me do all the heavy lifting for the appointment. I left feeling unlisted to, uncared for, and without the things i asked for. I was rushed and didnt feel comfortable even bringing up any of my other concerns. Also i believe there is an English language barrier that is worth being aware of if you decide to book, as English is listed as his only language. Theres much more but id like to move on from this terrible experience.

This is the first time i've had a good experience with a zocodc dr where it feels like the same care you would get from an in person visit. He was great, we went through my medical history and discussed some options and he helped me with my concerns!

My first visit with Dr Abdul went very well. I’m a truck driver (team drive with my husband). Being on the road all the time makes for a great challenge for doctor appointments. Routine medical care is important for me. Not only was Dr Abdul able to provide video consultation but he’s also available for in office visits when we’re in town. His bedside manner is amazing. He listens well and answered all my concerns, provided helpful feedback as well as prescribed needed medication.
I would refer him to all my friends and family.

I saw Dr. Shaik today; he was very pleasant physician I have ever seen. He is very patient with me, listened to all my concerns and addressed them in a professional way. He is a very knowledgeable doctor and has good bedside manners, and I felt well-cared during my visit. The clinic was clean and wait time was very minimal to zero.
