Dr. Ed Matthews is an excellent physician who truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen carefully, explains things clearly, and makes sure you feel heard and understood. His experience shows in the way he confidently assesses concerns. The nurses are equally kind, professional, and attentive, which makes the entire visit smooth and reassuring. I felt well cared for from start to finish and would absolutely return.

We thought everything went great with the doctor until we received bill from our insurance and we were told the doctor put few things under medical care not preventative care without letting us know. When we asked if our insurance covers everything 3 times we were not described anything but a ‘Yes’ response. We weren’t told about the test the doctor put in our report doesn’t fall under preventative care. Not recommending the facility to anyone, and don’t even say you have a slight headache today he’s going to charge you for just talking to you about it.

Today i had my first visit for an annual physical. What a pleasant experience! Dr. Mathews spent considerable time during the appointment getting to know me & addressing my health related questions.
