Texas Sinus, Allergy, Snoring and Sleep institute and Khetarpal Facial Plastics Institute were founded on a vision of excellence by the founder, Dr Khetarpal. He has had over 20 years experience in clinical practice especially in the advanced management of sinus, allergy, snoring and sleep disorders but also in dizziness, vertigo and hearing loss and facial plastic surgery. Dr Khetarpal is doubly Board Certifed in Otolaryngology-Facial plastic Surgery and in Sleep Medicine and was listed in the Best Doctors List of America, was awarded the President's Gold Medal on finishing medical school and did fellowship training at the prestigious Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School besides his Otolaryngology-Head and Neck and Facial Plastic Surgery residency in Syracuse, New York. He has published and presented over 25 papers on hearing and balance problems, sinusitis and other topics. He continues to be involved in research currently. He has over a 20 year interest in sinus and allergy problems having performed more than 5000 sinus surgeries and in office balloon sinuplasties. He was amongst the first surgeons in the country to perform in office balloon sinuplasty and comprehensive sinus surgery as well as radiofrequency ablation of the tongue for sleep apnea. He was also amongst the first to use image guidance in the office for sinus surgery and balloon sinuplasty. Dr Khetarpal performs in office snoring and sleep apnea procedures besides offering oral appliance devices and offers drops for allergy patients that do not have time or are too busy for coming weekly to the office for allergy shots. He enjoys rhinoplasty and sinus surgery and is also among a few surgeons performing Inspire Sleep apnea procedure for patients failing CPAP. We also offer botox and fillers for facial rejuvenation and a youthful look. Overall experience with doctor was fantastic, look forward to his treatment plan. Only negative experience was the waiting room took a little over an hour and there was another patient that was constantly taking phone calls talking on speaker phone and being extremely rude and obnoxious, making a long wait a little more frustrating.

Overall, my experience was not pleasant to say that this was my first time meeting him. He did not have good bedside manner, nor was he friendly. He insulted me with a particular question in hand. He also did a hearing screening on me, but the conditions for the screener were not favorable. I do not recommend him to anybody.
