I was referred to Dr Happ after seeing multiple doctors ( 2 neurologists, podiatrists, nerve testing, and pain management). And finally I had an e plantation that made sense! As my pain management doc who referred me said, Dr Happ is not “knife happy” and proposed a minor procedure that should give me considerable relief, and explained why he didn’t think more major surgery would be needed. Bedside manner was excellent as he was friendly, asked many questions that aren’t already on the forms I’d already submitted, was the first to really grasp my issue, and clearly answered all my questions. In other words, he’s great!

Dr. Happ is professional, great communicator, right to the point about things or issues, explains what is next, and took time to answer any and all questions I had. He is very easy to talk with and is a great listener. I have full faith in him as I move forward to surgery.

I’m not real sure about Dr. Happ. I saw him one time he was very quick though and just seem like they were hurting cattle. The office staff is horrendous and Jessica is a bear and Britney is miserable. I asked a couple of people a couple of times for the name of the office manager, and they’re not very willing to give it up. I will be contacting the manager and making a formal complaint. I have left the office and will not return very rude. Very hurried. I think they have too many clients. Are they trying to get too many they need to slow down and get your office staff in order if they have too much on their plates, causing their attitude, then hire someone else I knew the minute I walked in the door and hit Brittany at the desk, but I was not going to be happy there. I said to my husband well isn’t she pleasant? She needs to find another job and it just got worse from there. I’m stopping now because I’m out of room or I would continue.

Do not recommend this office. I had a scheduled an appt and got a confirmation text. Upon arrival on time to the office, the front office staff member told us “just because you booked and got a confirmation, you still have to wait till the office physically calls us to confirm and since they didn’t call us there was no appt scheduled”. The Staff member Cecilia Garcia also said, “this happens often” that people book with Zocdoc and get confirmations but still “doesn’t mean the appt is booked” which made no sense. Also the fact this is not the first time was strange they didnt update their information on Zocdoc to avoid wasting peoples time who experience the same issue. Separately, I entered the filters on Zocdoc that define the location of pain which connected me with a Dr at this office. The front desk staff member then advised that the doctor only focuses on lower spine which is not what they showed on their Zocdoc profile.
