The entire office staff was friendly and helpful! Everyone helped advise me on my first set of frames, being honest and informative. The tech and Dr were both happy to answer any questions I had. The office staff went above and beyond with my billing, explaining insurance and discounts clearly for me. I hope the prescription drops help with my eye irritation and I can’t wait to get the new glasses next week.

I drive over an hour to see Dr. Johnson because I don't feel rushed, he answers all my questions, educates me on his decisions and recommendations. His staff is great and this visit my 3 year old was seen too. They made the experience easy and comfortable for her.

This was a great experience. I was in and out very quickly. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The only thing I will say is that they took photographs of the back of my eye, and that wasn’t covered by my insurance so I had to pay out of pocket for it. I probably wouldn’t have gotten them done if I had known it wasn’t covered, so it would have been nice to have a little heads-up. Other than that it was a great experience.

Very nice office and great team. I have anxiety around my eye health and they were great and assuaged my concerns. I had felt other eye doctors didn’t listen to me. This team certainly did and addressed all of my concerns.

I saw Dr. Haley Carrillo, OD. She talked with me through my concerns. She noticed that with my eyesight being so poor, I may have been overprescribed in one eye due to it being between numbers available. I now have a lower prescription number and am able to see better and with less eye strain. Thank you, Dr. Carrillo!

Amazing staff. From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed and taken care of. Dr. Johnson is amazing and got right to the problem I had with contacts. He addressed issues that I've been having and came up with a solution. I read a recent review that it is cramped in his exam rooms and as a plus size woman I have to disagree. I was quite comfortable in every seat from waiting room to exam room. This will definitely be my go to eye dr from now on!
