I had a great first session of therapy. I have booked a second appointment, and have been provided resources to work on to assist in my therapy. Very positive first session.

I feel very confident that Benjamin will set me up on the right course to achieve my therapy goals! I enjoyed our first session.

I have been in and out of psychiatric hospitals and seen more therapists over the last decade than I can even count. Just talking about it wasn't enough. It wasn't until I found Ben De Jesus who had multiple types of therapy to draw on that I was able to recover and start to live. I used EMDR to heal from the trauma and am learning DBT Skills to regulate emotions and how to apply those skills in daily life. Thanks to Ben, his techniques, and expertise I am well on my way to living the life I want!
