The evaluation covers: 1) Full patient metrics 2) Personalized diet recommendations 3) Initial exercise plan 4) Lab work (CBC, CMP, Vitamin B12, TSH, Lipid Panel, Hemoglobin A1C) 5) 3D body scan 6) Ongoing support is provided through monthly or bi-monthly follow-up appointments, as needed, for medication adjustments and continued guidance.
