I checked in. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30 P.M. I was 12 minutes early. I was in the virtual waiting room until 4:07 P.M. She never logged in. My time is just as valuable as hers. I paid a babysitter to watch my grand nephew for NOTHING! I finally received an email TODAY informing me that she cancelled my appointment. Well, duh! I made an appointment to address my anxiety, and this situation just made it worse. You guys had better not charged my health insurance for this UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. While I was in her virtual waiting room, I made an attempt to physically call her. I only got her voicemail. My anxiety is through the roof. This experience was extremely difficult to deal with and made me feel that my time isn't respected and my mental health was completely disregarded. Two thumbs down.

I can’t wait to see her again. I would recommend her to anybody while she’s very understanding she she listens. She keeps her mind on her patience instead of trying to rush. I love that about her cause she don’t rush and she listens and understands. She’s really sweet and polite. Y’all need to check her out

I’d say that I felt seen! I felt like for the first time with a therapist, I was heard and understood. Even better, she was able to explain the cause and informed me of things I did not know. I loved how quickly I was able to find a therapist and get seen by someone qualified.

We waited for her to come to the appointment for 20 minutes. And then 3 minutes before the appointment time, she emailed me saying that she just seen my sons insurance and she no longer accepts it. I didnt see the email until an hour later. So we waited that whole time
