The first thing I look for is how clean the office is and how friendly the staff is. I've found both excellent.

I have now had two appointments with this office. The issue is that the Dr himself is wonderful. Good communicator. Knowledgeable. Friendly. But the office staff are awful. The first time, they didn’t have any record of my appointment. Which is unfortunate, but can happen through Zocdoc I’ve noticed. The second time, they Dr was out of the office for the day and no one bothered to tell me, even though it was clear that they knew I had an appointment. The office staff seemed more annoyed at me that I had come in (45 minute drive both ways) then they seemed apologetic that they hadn’t informed me of the fact that I would not be seeing the Dr.

Dr. Achiron was very nice. I felt like I have known him before. He makes you feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. He made sure I understood what he was saying. He even walked in to assist me picking up the right frame as a first-time wearing reading glass. I forgot the technician's name, but she was also very nice.

I've being seeing Dr. Achiron for 4 years now and service has always been great. I normally don't want long but it was very busy today. However it was still a good visit. The staff is friendly and they ensure you get full service.
