We are human, just like you. We aim to create a safe space where we can build a non-judgmental relationship on trust and genuine human connection. Each client session will be personalized to what works for you. You need to word vomit what happened last weekend? You want to practice talking out a tough conversation with your boss? You need someone to give it to you straight? We are here to be what you need, with our expertise and training in our back pocket. Our therapists use modalities including CBT, psychodynamic, DBT, ERP, EMDR, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness. Ongoing feedback is welcome to improve our work together, as we view this as a partnership.
