The Boylan Effect
The Boylan Effect is grounded in the idea that meaningful change begins with understanding the connections between yourself, your relationships, and the patterns in between. My approach to therapy is collaborative and individualized. Together, we can explore not only your thoughts and emotions, but also the experiences, relationships, behaviors, and physical responses that may influence how you understand yourself and move through the world.
I balance deeper understanding with practical change. Rather than relying on one method or assuming the same approach works for everyone, I draw from evidence-based and integrative approaches based on your needs, experiences, and goals. My aim is to help you better understand what may be happening beneath the surface, recognize patterns that are no longer serving you, and develop more intentional ways of responding, communicating, connecting, and moving forward.
