I made an appointment through this app, and tried to reach out several times the office to know how to connect with this provider for the video. I was never contacted or able to reach out his team. The day of the appointment the provider never reached out. I wasn’t able to have my appointment. I would’ve understood if my appointment was canceled, but not even that was made.

Dr Arora has an excellent bedside manner. I didn't feel rushed during the appointment. He heard my complaints and put a plan together that we both agreed on.
I did have to wait 20 minutes or so past my appointment time.
