Dr. Sarraf was excellent. She listened to me, was friendly, kind & overall extremely thorough. She diagnosed the problem with my foot took x-rays. Cortisone shot. She suggested. Exercise exercises, and physical therapy. She seemed very interested in getting me better. Just a pleasure to work with.

My experience was wonderful. I was taken care of at the front desk as soon as I walked in the door. Then after waiting for about half an hour, I was seen by the Dr I was referred to, Dr Saraf.
She was very easy to talk to. I was not rushed and she answered all my questions.
I would refer my family and friends to that office. Some reviews that I read was not good about their office visit. But that wasn't the case for me.

I was never contacted that the doctor was not going to be in the office. When I arrived the staff were rude and very short responses. The staff member said that they meant to call me to let me know that the doctor was not in, but then said that I was not on the system at all. Very bad experience and bad communication from all staff. I wasted time and money to get to my appointment.
