When I arrived I felt like I just walked into a wellness cult promising transcendence into a higher state of being. They are very pushy & sales-minded, and tell you that “thank god you came when you did! or you would have been beyond repair!” Did not appreciate the scare-tactic approach. They told me that the lack of curve in my neck was extremely concerning, and drew what it “should” look like over the X-ray. When I went to an orthopedic doctor shortly after, he looked at the X-rays and said “first off, if you’re neck was curved like that (referring to the drawn on “correction”), you would be staring at the ceiling your whole life. Your spine is set up so that your neck is straighter.” The chiropractor’s one-size-fits-all understanding of human anatomy is concerning, and the office is more concerned with making you a long-term patient than being fully transparent about what is best for your personal situation.

The tech Raven was super rude and talked down to me like I was a child. She ordered me around and in front of other patients. I kept my composure and left. I liked the doctor and location but not sure if I’ll return to such terrible staff.

Both Dr Park and Dr Flores are fantastic at what they do and continually provide exceptional care. They emphasize continued commitment to your spinal health and provide adjustments that work towards correcting your posture and improving your long term health. I highly recommend giving them a try, it has worked wonders for me!

The staff is overly/annoyingly friendly to a point where it makes you feel uncomfortable. When creating the care/treatment plan they are pushy and salesy like you're at a car dealership.
I don't think they're bad doctors and I think they can help just being honest about the experience.

This place is the best! I've put off seeking help for my back and neck pain for years now, and it would have gone on longer if I hadn't found The Chiro Park. The entire staff is so friendly and receptive. They care about their patients and they even make physical therapy fun! The atmosphere is always so uplifting. I appreciate the efficiency of the practice as well, as I am able to be in and out of my appointment within 20 minutes, and they are quite flexible with scheduling times. They helped me find a financial plan that worked for me as well. Plus, they are dog friendly! Most of all, though, I have genuinely found relief from pain that I have been experiencing for years. I have been going to the Chiro Park for a month now and I already see huge improvements. Headaches and neck pain used to be an everyday battle for me, but I no longer experience this on the majority of days. I am so grateful to the team for helping me find relief!

I think they are kind people but personally it felt more cult like than i prefer. I have great insurance and basically met my deductible and insurance would cover most of not all my sessions but for some reason i was charged $2000 for a long term treatment. I’m not sure how that worked maybe my insurance would have ended somewhere in the middle of treatment. Anyway I had a could adjustments but didn’t feel anything tbh. I also thinks it’s weird to make patients clean the tables like at a gym. I will say that getting X rays day one is ideal and gives you a visual. Personally I think my problems are more about posture and lack of exercise so I will manage on my own. They are very nice but if you are looking for a come and go as you please thing this isn’t it. this is a long term commitment and it’s a lot to decide on.
