I had my third telehealth appointment today Monday October 6 2025. I was in the online waiting room from 2:15 until 3:45. At that time I refreshed my page and I was back to the waiting room in a minute. There was an envelope that said your appointment has been cancelled or rescheduled. No other details. I am going to try one more time then I'm through. Hopefully it will have a good ending.

Confirmed my appointment, but never received a link for a video call with the doctor. Did not get to speak with the doctor at all. Maybe I should have checked the other reviews! Called the number but the office was closed at my appointment time.

Would never ever go back here. Waited over 2 hours past my appointment time. Office staff was rude. Some of the staff were physically fighting in the back! Others talked on their phones & argued amongst one another. Several people got up & walked out after waiting hours to be seen. Receptionist argued with me about my appointment saying it was never made. Very bad experience, would NOT recommend.

I was never sent a link to attend/join the virtual visit before the visit was scheduled to start. I called the number listed on the appointment page, in case of any difficulties joining or accessing the call, like it stated, and the office is closed. Zero communication and a huge inconvenience/waste of time, when I could have been seen by another provider. Highly do not recommend booking with this Provider, please save your time and effort.

Honestly I could barely understand what she was saying because she kept mumbling into the computer. I went there for an Emotional support animal form for my school which I had no problem with last year and she said she needed an EKG and labs??

The doctor is unprofessional and hardly communicate. It seem she couldn’t communicate in Spanish and hardly listen to me and my needs. My prescriptions not sent to the public pharmacy as requested. I ran out off medication and it is very disheartening and disappointing seeing a pcp that does not care about my well fare.

This was a terrible experience. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am and when I still wasn’t brought back at 11:15, I left. I even arrived to the office at 10:00 am to allow myself ample time to fill out paperwork but it didn’t matter. It’s especially upsetting because I received multiple calls and texts confirming my appointment, yet the office somehow overbooked the provider. I’m deeply disappointed, my time and gas have been wasted, and I have not been seen for the issue I booked the appointment for. This was rude, this was unprofessional, and I will not be returning to this office.

She told me I had to get lab work done for her to fill my prescriptions I’ve been taking for 10+ years and have my prior doctor send over proof I take each medication and that has been prescribed to me before. Doctors have a way to pull your prescription history, and blood work request for a prescription to be filled! All in all it’s serious to have a good and professional medical professional, it’s so important. I wasted time and money and had a very very poor experience. I was in shock at my experience - I then had to book with another doctor and come out of pocket for another visit for my refill. This is not even the half of it truly. She has a lot of availability which is why I picked her and ignored all the bad reviews on zocdoc but I paid the price. I do not recommend booking.

Prior to my appointment I called the office and they said it was not set up for telemed and they corrected it. On the date of my appointment the office called me and said that my insurance was expired and told me to call my insurance company so I spent about 15 minutes on the phone confirming my insurance was current when I called back she checked again and said I was all set I can go back to the waiting room waiting for my provider to join. I waited 2 hours until the office was closed and the provider never came I was not seen I called back the staff member who called me and left you voicemail stating I was still waiting and that I did not miss my appointment the provider never showed. Waste of time booked appointment with a different doctor after reviews indicated that this is a common issue with this provider.

The worst EVER. Did not communicate for a telehealth visit and never came on the link, never called to reschedule. Nothing CRICKETS for 40 minutes of waiting. I had to go to the ER thanks to her. Oh called the clinic and they would not answer. RUN!!! Do not book this person unless you don't want to be seen and just want to waste your time.

I really appreciate all the services at the Clark Clinic in Tavares Fl. This Doctor was courteous, listened to my concerns and prescribe appropriate medication. Only issue was that no real exam was completed, just a Question/answer session that seemed to be AI driven. I had to ask for him to listen to my lungs and check for possible Pneumonia. Seemed to not want to do any real exam during this visit. That was unusual.

The most disrespectful land unprofessional doctor I’ve ever had.
He shares the telegraph appointment by saying “let’s hurry up time is running out” and then begins to argue with me about refilling one of my previous prescriptions and trying to lower the dosage that I’ve been on for years.
Then demands that I get my labs done at this one place but he can barley speak clear English so you don’t know what he’s saying and it was like he was annoyed I even made the appointment.
I would try to give an explanation for his questions and he would cut me off mid sentence and continue talking not even listening to a word I was saying.
Trust me do NOT book with this doctor he is disrespectful, rude, and altogether unprofessional and doesn’t care about his patients.
