Well my Doctor is Excellent, he listens and tells you what's right for you and what's not. The Only thing that I despise about the organization is that when you need to Call the Office now that all calls were route it to Bushnell, you can grow Old and Die, before anyone Answers the Phone, which No One Does...

Im going back he will be my pcp for now. They need more office help the poor nurse was the only one there and was trying to handle it all on her own! I felt so bad for her way under staffed and not fair to the nurse at all!

The two people in the examining room (doctor and nurse?) seemed to be interested in issues that were (to me) totally irrelevant. They did not address my concerns, I left with the sense that I had completely wasted mt time. I expected more from an office supposedly run by doctor Clark. I will definitely never return. Nor will I recommend your practice to others.

Dr. Carranza has been WONDERFUL. He made me feel at ease in telling him my symptoms. Very knowledgeable. I was looking for a permanent PCP and he became a Godsend. The staff,sorry I forgot her name :(. is extremely friendly and warm which I really appreciate.

I’m very happy with both the Clark Clinic and Dr.Menard. The office was friendly and efficient and Dr. Menard was a good listener. I will definitely consider Dr Menard my primary care physician for now on.

I recently saw Dr. Scott Menard and was extremely impressed by his professionalism and patient-centered approach. He listened attentively to all of my concerns without rushing the appointment and demonstrated exceptional bedside manner throughout the visit. I drove over two hours based on his outstanding reviews, and he absolutely lived up to them. It is rare to find a physician who combines expertise, empathy, and clear communication so seamlessly. I am very grateful to have found Dr. Menard and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking excellent medical care.

Excellent Office Staff and excellent people, except the doctor himself had the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. The staff noticed and will make sure I see a different doctor next time, they were wonderful, but this doctor didn't listen to a word I said. He wouldn't even let me finish a sentence! Just terrible.. the only thing that makes them a good place is their staff is excellent. I will never see that doctor again. I felt as if this guy didn't want to be there.

Called me to “confirm” like 3-4 times. THE SAME DAY I MADE APPT. once was past 8pm and the phone call woke up my baby. Told them CANCEL THE APPT I was so fed up. So didn’t attend the appt. So so annoying on top of me being so sick already to call and hound me to CONFIRM an appt I made hours before, so many times??? Why would you do that??? At least just text don’t blow up my phone ESPECIALLY not past 8pm.

The lady wasn’t friendly &was VERY dismissive of my problems. She did not care & seemed to think my problems were made up. One (of 3) of my problems is my ear, it’s been bothering me now for two weeks. She looked at my ear and said it was fine . Clearly there’s a bigger problem. She could have offered to write a referral to an ENT since I’ll need someone who can take a more in depth look into why it’s bothering me all of a sudden & affecting my hearing . She just looked at me like I was crazy when I was trying to describe what was happening to my ear. Also mentioned all my kids have pink eye. I had yellow crap oozing from my eye the night before. Told her I just used some of my daughter’s eye drops but I would like my own. She said no & don’t use them and you don’t have pink eye . She didn’t even LOOK at my eyes. The next day my eyes still had stuff coming out and we’re getting pink. Obviously I ended up using my daughter’s drops and helped myself. Very unfriendly, bad energy and vibes

Wel the staff is very helpful with getting info from my insurance provider,after we got that taken care of I wasn't waiting that long before I was seen,the lady doctor I seen was nice in a way but she kept talking about religion and going to church and sprit this,I was about to scream out LADY LOOK CHURCH ISN'T GOING TO HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM, I have two rules in public not politics or religion ill go back and see how im treated next time but I won't recommend them to friends or family.

My first visit with Dr. Kattina Blanco was very disappointing.
My fiancé and I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, and the waiting room was full of other patients who also seemed to be waiting far too long.
When I was finally seen, Dr. Blanco came across as blunt and disengaged. She made no effort to get to know me as a new patient, which felt very impersonal. At one point, she told my fiancé he couldn’t be on his phone during the appointment and claimed that texting was a HIPAA violation—something that seemed exaggerated and unnecessary.
I originally made this appointment to have my chest pain evaluated, but she didn’t examine the area at all. Instead, the conversation was focused almost entirely on my weight, which felt dismissive and unhelpful given my actual concerns.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend her to others. If you're looking for a doctor who listens and values your time, I suggest finding someone else.
