This was a first appt to get established with a new physician after moving to the area from out of state. The appointment was on time and very thorough. There was no rush and Dr. Cook actively discussed my health history and took the time to listen to and address my concerns. Very highly recommend Dr. Cook.

Dr.Cook is very kind and takes his time to ask in depth questions about your health and any concerns. He’s friendly and so is the lovely front desk lady. I haven’t been to the doctor in years and was very nervous but Dr.Cook and his staff are amazing and made me feel very comfortable. He’s open well after normal work hours (my appt was at 7:30pm) which was great time for me to finish my work day and still have a chance to make it through rush hour without worry. Even though my appt was late he didn’t try to rush through it but was very attentive.
Because it was my first annual check up he asked if I’d like to get labs done to which I agreed and figured I’d get the orders and need to get them done somewhere else. Nope they do that there as well! I thought it was great and very convenient. No hassle or traveling to a new place. Dr.Cook and his family are wonderful. 10000/10??

Great doctor! Made me feel comfortable even when I had my health concerns making me anxious. The entire office is so nice and makes you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. Definitely will be my new primary doctor. Also I didn’t have to go to another location for blood work; everything was done at the same place.

Dr. Cook was extremely kind and calming. He addressed all my concerns and was thoughtful in the questions he asked and care he provided. He gave me different options and routes to take for my issues to ensure the best care and explained everything thoroughly so I understood the answers he gave me for all my questions. Would highly recommend and I will be a returning client.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Cook. He took the time to go through my full 12-page report with me, explaining everything clearly and making sure all of my questions were answered. He was polite, professional, and very courteous throughout. It was also easy to get an appointment, and having easy parking available made the visit even more convenient. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Cook was so attentive and thorough with his questions and examinations - especially for my first time visit. Amazing professional with a calm, patient demeanor and his patients’ best interests in mind. At no point did I feel rushed, and at no point were my (many) concerns left unaddressed. Wait time was excellent, and my appointment was booked with less than 48 hours of notice. I don’t even have to think twice about making Dr. Cook my primary care provider for the foreseeable future.

Dr. David Cook displayed a high degree of professionalism during my visit. He listened attentively to why I was there. No one comes to a doctor's office to say hi. Well, maybe some people do if they have too much time on their hands. He did a thorough examination and asked a lot of questions about my health, present and past, and my parents, siblings, and kids. A good, friendly competent physician.
