Amy is the best therapist I have ever had and the first therapist I have trusted to help me work through my trauma. She is so kind and compassionate while also honest and straightforward. I've been working with Amy weekly for over six months now and she had helped me overcome severe anxiety. She is highly skilled at the Brainspotting technique, which I believe has helped me accelerate my progress in working through my problems. I feel super comfortable with Amy and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing counseling.

After 5 years of therapy I hit a plateau with my therapist I’ve been seeing and was very good btw. After few sessions with Amy I recognized that I am progressing again. I decide to switch over to her and I am discovering things about myself in my 40’s that make me wish I have met Amy earlier. She is open and honest, gentle but firm enough for self reflection, and I never feel judged or afraid to open myself to her which is so important for a therapy.
