The Counseling Corner

Hello! I have a passion for providing counseling services to children, adolescents and young adults. I have years of experience working clinically as well as within a school system. My approach is eclectic. I have experience navigating the education system as well as in CBT, DBT and motivational interviewing. My approach is warm and welcoming but I also work to motivate individuals to make the changes needed to achieve their goals. I have experience working with youth who struggle with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, issues around divorce and social skills training.
