Appointment never occurred despite my showing up. I received countless confirmation messages prior to my appointment (to the point of becoming annoyed with the over-communication). I received 10 different text messages alerting me to the time and place of my visit, prior to the appointment. I received another call prior to the appointment letting me know that the offices online filing system was down and I would have to arrive early to fill out new patient paperwork by paper. When I arrived (early) I filled out the 10 pages of paperwork, I asked to confirm that my insurance would cover the visit and for the next 45 minutes - I waited to hear an answer. I was told that they’d contacted my insurance to check, but no confirmation ever came back from insurance, so they asked that I reschedule the appointment for a later time. Next week. Why send 10 messages about my appointment time and then not be ready for my appointment?
Stumbled upon Sarah accidentally on Zocdoc and couldn't be happier. I was stunned by her holistic approach to health since this isn't common practice with most health care professionals. She was also incredibly knowledgable about how other health concerns could be linked together to common root causes. I have nothing but great things to say after my first appointment, I look forward to coming back again to learn more.

Great experience! The entire team is very professional and kind. They have state-of-the-art equipment and a beautiful facility. Dr. Dolgov gave me a comprehensive overview of my oral health that was more in-depth than any other dentist I’ve ever been to. He isn’t just concerned about fixing problems, but about addressing their causes in the first place! After the appointment he sent an extensive follow-up email with a bunch of resources and information. This was my most positive dentist experience ever!
