This practice is such a gem! I was nervous and they were so kind and knowledgeable and helped me get a plan together to fix my tooth pain. Dr. Burson was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the procedures so I was not confused. Plus the music is awesome and they have TVs on the ceiling so you can watch that during procedure. They have made a lifelong customer, and I’m actually excited to go back to the dentist for once! Thank you guys!!?

The whole experience was the best that I've ever had from a dentist visit. I was met with kind staff all the way through the process of being set up as a new patient in need of some work to be done. Everyone was kind and patient, and the doctor himself was more than willing to answer questions to help get me set up with a plan to take care of some issues I've been having. The issue of being tight on budget was even handled gracefully by their staff with the ability to opt into a payment plan that makes the amount of urgent work needing to be done a manageable monthly amount. I really lucked out on finding this group of wonderful folks

As someone that gets nervous going to the dentist, I was very pleasantly surprised with how easy my appointment was and how kind the whole team was during my visit. They were kind and thorough.

I’m type two diabetic and waited for more than an hour just to meet the doctor . They didn’t inform me that he was busy with other patient prior to the appointment. My sugar level literally dropped on my way home. Apart from having a good dental plan I was told I will be charged for it.They should look at the patient’s history and then let the patient book an appointment further.When I met him after an hour n half . He just repeated what was told to me.

I felt dismissed on the concern of my teeth and jaw issues, I had gone for a cavity filling in the beginning of March and my mouth hasn’t felt the same and I feel my teeth moving I told the doctor and dental assistance of my concerns and they told me it was in my head and I have to wait and in 6 months they’ll do a procedure to file my teeth ?? I initially went for a cleaning and came out with my mouth feeling totally different

worst dental office experience ever. nasty bed side manner from everyone. no cleaning should have a wait time of 2 hours AFTER contacting me more than seven times to remind me of my appointment so i MADE SURE i was prompt. and then to still wait, and everyone to be so rude? it’s made me reluctant to ever get over my dental anxiety and finally get myself to the dentist itself, and then for this to happen? really awful experience. DO NOT go to this office.

Made a clear point that I was on half day PTO with no medical or dental issues except to get a quick filling. Anything else was not agreed upon or needed - they proceeded to make me try and do 2+ hours of x rays, headshots (yeah, like linkedin headshots) and when they realized I needed only a level 1 gum cleaning due to nice teeth and gums, she started stabbing harder and making me bleed before saying “3, 4 bleeding” - on hour 3 I asked when I was going to be able to get my actual appointment’s purpose: a filling for a sensitive tooth filling from 3 weeks ago. They responded, “Oh you’ll have to come back for that.” To which I responded, but you saw my ZocDoc notes? And they said “Yeah.”
So I walked out and am in motion to either legally file a claim or simply let them off the hook if they just give me a refund. Nice tools and technology, beautiful office - and they definitely take advantage of that and their new potential clients. Tread carefully. 0/10

Well we (me & my wife)were quoted 1 price which we could afford then the lady comes back with an outrageous amount just for a tooth extraction so I said nope & left with my wife & still never saw the dentist for about an hour just laying in the dental chair

I had a great experience with Dr. Forsberg and Aerial. This is definitely the most modern and high-tech dentist’s office that I’ve ever been to, especially the x-rays, and the staff were all very kind and helpful.

I have never felt more heard and comforted during a dentist appointment before. From the lead dentist himself to the office at the front desk, I have felt so welcome and understood. I used to be terrified of the dentist, but now I don't dread going in and I actually get excited about my oral hygiene.

The whole office was so friendly. I had the same dentist for 12 years, but Mr. B made me feel very comfortable. Plus, they have a service puppy that goes around to the rooms, which makes the visit to 100 times better!

This practice is awesome! Dr. Burson and his staff are the best I've come across in my memory of dentist visits. The office is beautiful and has the best comfort perks for patients and everyone is so very nice. This is probably the first time in my life I actually don't mind coming to the dentist. Dr. Burson is very knowledgeable and his staff are some of the nicest people I have encountered in healthcare setting.
