It was my first time seeing this dermatologist and I appreciated the professionalism of the staff and of Dr. Zuckerman. The doctor was thorough, listened to my concerns, and provided information that was very concise and clearly stated. I also was impressed that the doctor took notice of my paperwork comments and confirmed my entries and asked more questions about my long history of basil cell growths and pre cancer carcinoma on my face.
Overall I was glad to have a second opinion regarding future treatments for my issues and concerns of more serious skin cancer risks.

I had an excellent experience at The Dermatology Center in Bayside. I went in for an evaluation of male pattern baldness and two skin growths and was seen by Phoebe Tam, RPA.
Phoebe was fantastic—knowledgeable, professional, personable, and very easy to talk to. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options. I never felt rushed.
What really impressed me was that she was able to perform a procedure right there during my very first visit. I thought I might have to come back another day, but she took care of it immediately, and it was completely painless.
I really appreciated the level of care and attention I received and left feeling very confident about my treatment. I would highly recommend Phoebe Tam and The Dermatology Center in Bayside. Definitely a 5-star experience!

My experience was surprising. I booked with Phoebe Tam, who is a provider I am an established patient with. I got follow up calls and text confirming my appointment with Phoebe Tam. I arrived and checked in and spoke with receptionist who said I was all good. The nurse brought me to the examination room and a totally different doctor showed up. I was never made aware that they were switching me to someone else. The doctor who saw me was fine . I have no complaints about him. But I prefer female doctors and did not like that the office just switched my appointment and NEVER mentioned it to me.

I did not like that I waited over an hour to see the doctor. I was seating there for too long and nobody from the staff said anything to me . I think they should at least an acknowledged that I was waiting there that long . People the came after me were seeing before me. They did kit share any explanation or reason why that happened .
