We were in the waiting room for 30 minutes before two other patients were called to the back. The staff apologized for the wait. It was clear my time frame was running late, but my son was seen 75 minutes after his appointment. Dr. Barry did provide wonderful information once she arrived. This is not a hospital, so I don't understand why it was such a delay.

Look she's no nonsense but as you get older you appreciate the candidness of what on your skin is aging versus something you need to be concerned about. I got a skin cancer diagnosis and through it all the care of the dermatology group you'd never know.

Very thorough, my first visit. Only complaint is my electronic record says I received a flu vaccine on this visit. That did not happen.
The phone system does not give you an option to talk to someone in the office. I hope the Dermatology Group does not charge my insurance for “administration of vaccine product containing only Influenza virus antigen (procedure)”.

Made an appointment regarding my psoriasis. The appointment was began quite late and was rushed. I don’t think I saw the doctor for more than 4 or 5 minutes. After the first 30 seconds she was prescribing me a gnarly steroid cream and looked at me like I was crazy when I said I wasn’t interested due to the side effects I’ve read about, and I am not wanting to be on something indefinitely. No talk about how to actually fight the inflammation that is causing it. Diagnose, prescribe, cash in I guess. No real help to be found here if you want a specialist to guide you in treating the root problem instead of slapping an expensive, dangerous, chemical band aid on it.

Office was great, and was seen very promptly. This was my first time ever seeing a dermatologist and I felt like it was rushed and the doctor didn’t really care about me. I was only with her for about 3-4 minutes. No questions about my skin and didn’t inspect my full body even though they were aware I spend significant time in the pool/outside. Just felt like a waste of a copay.

I was seen quickly and Dr. Erika did a thorough skin scan, answering my questions as she went along. She didn’t rush, it was clear she was looking closely. Very good bedside manner. Even though her office is 45 minutes from home, it’s very much worth the trip! She will be my regular dermatologist.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Kettlehut and her staff! She is so knowledgeable and addresses all of my issues. She takes care of me. I hesitated leaving this review because you know what happens when you share a good thing with the rest of the world! I want to keep her all for myself! She is seriously the best. And her nurse, April, is always a bright spot in my day. I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this office! ??????
