We are a CASH-ONLY practice and do not bill or accept insurance. After booking your appointment, you will receive an invoice for the visit. Payment of the invoice is required before your appointment can be confirmed. If payment has not been completed, the appointment will not be confirmed and we will be unable to see you for that visit. Self-Pay / Out-of-Pocket Rate: $150 for a new patient visit. Monthly and annual membership options are also available. Cancellation and no-show policies can be found on our website. The Doc’s Office – Advanced Health & Wellness is a relationship-based direct primary care clinic serving individuals, families, and employers in Crowley, Burleson, and surrounding communities. Our approach is centered on compassionate, evidence-based care that is personal, accessible, and focused on the whole person. We believe healthcare should feel less rushed, less complicated, and more connected. Through our membership model, patients can receive ongoing primary care, preventive and wellness care, chronic disease management, women’s health services, weight management support, hormone optimization, in-house labs, common in-office procedures, and same-day or next-day appointments when available. Our clinic was founded on faith and built to serve with compassion, relationship, and purpose. We take time to listen, explain your options clearly, and help you feel informed, supported, and involved in your care.
