Doctor was polite but didn’t listen and my concerns were not met. The office had no record of my initial appt then said I needed to rush in based on my symptoms. When I arrived the doctor didn’t even look at my eyes. Rushed me through a vision test and suggested I get readers when my issue had nothing to do with seeing up close. HORRIBLE WASTE OF TIME SND MONEY!!

With the doctor and any other member was very good.. but with frames for glasses bad all the have is for kids size and they want you to pay for the other frames that cost more then what you can pay.. that's the only issue.. you don have much to get eyes glasses..

I absolutely love how clean the office is. It's well lit! The staff is AHHHMAZING! I filled out my paperwork. Straight to the back. Pre eye exam. And then in the chair for my true exam. He's very attentive, nice and polite. Great personality and smile. That's my new eye doctor ! Book with them today!

the staff was super friendly and accomodating and attentive. The doctor was personable, relatable knowledgeable as well as polite yet engaging and jovial. my appointment was on time and even though my bill was covered by insurance I chose options outside that coverage and they were very helpful in offering discounts that enabled me to keep my initial selection for frames and lens options.

Great experience. Dr. Levine answered all of my questions with good information and was very professional. I was seen right away and the store manager, Jason, also provided a great experience helping me pick out new frames. I also chose the new magnetic clip-on sunglasses that they just got in! I will probably go back to get a second pair of glasses as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Levine and his staff.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how well the doctor understood every problem I have. I have lost the complete central vision in my right eye due to macular degeneration and my left eye is progressively getting worse. The doctor sat right next to me, listened to everything I had to say and offered information, advise, and suggestions about ways to help me navigate this horrible disease. I really like her; you will not go wrong by making an appointment to see her; I know you will be happy you did. She is definitely worth your time; take your questions to her; I know she will be able to help you. The office staff couldn't have been nicer. This is an excellent business in every way.

I was told that I would have to reschedule the appt if I wanted to see the Dr I had scheduled my appointment with. This made no sense. I scheduled with a specific Dr and someone else was there. I don’t even know, if he was a Dr.
