Doctor was polite but didn’t listen and my concerns were not met. The office had no record of my initial appt then said I needed to rush in based on my symptoms. When I arrived the doctor didn’t even look at my eyes. Rushed me through a vision test and suggested I get readers when my issue had nothing to do with seeing up close. HORRIBLE WASTE OF TIME SND MONEY!!

With the doctor and any other member was very good.. but with frames for glasses bad all the have is for kids size and they want you to pay for the other frames that cost more then what you can pay.. that's the only issue.. you don have much to get eyes glasses..

I absolutely love how clean the office is. It's well lit! The staff is AHHHMAZING! I filled out my paperwork. Straight to the back. Pre eye exam. And then in the chair for my true exam. He's very attentive, nice and polite. Great personality and smile. That's my new eye doctor ! Book with them today!

the staff was super friendly and accomodating and attentive. The doctor was personable, relatable knowledgeable as well as polite yet engaging and jovial. my appointment was on time and even though my bill was covered by insurance I chose options outside that coverage and they were very helpful in offering discounts that enabled me to keep my initial selection for frames and lens options.

Great in office. Don’t waste your time doing anything online, their system doesn’t communicate with the online booking. Appointments had to be changed and the paperwork filled out online doesn’t make it to the office, you will have to redo the paperwork at the office.

The exam went well the doctor was pleasant and the assistant as well after I was done and ready to check out that all changed. The person who was checking me out was very rude unprofessional and very low IQ and insulting. She started by talking to me in Spanish when I told her I don't speak Spanish she seem to be insulted and treated me with a little distain I didn't appreciate her attitude and with that being said I will not be back for any services again and will tell others not to go there. My first time and my last!!!!!!!

Just had an awesome experience with Dr. Tester, seriously one of the coolest and most thorough eye doctors I’ve ever met! The whole appointment was smooth, informative, and even enjoyable (which isn’t always easy to say about eye exams). Dr. Tester took time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel super comfortable and personal. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone skilled, friendly, and just all-around great at what they do!

Even though I didn't see the doctor that's listed in this app. I saw a different doctor she was amazing. She listened to my concern. She answered all my questions very thoroughly. I even wanted additional services and she made sure to see if it was covered by my insurance before doing anything so that I wouldn't have an out-of-pocket expense in case insurance didn't cover it and then she went over all my options before doing anything that may cost me extra ultimately, allowing me to decide what I wanted to move forward with, and what I did not want to move forward with.. She was extremely considerate because I am having a difficult time financially. Then upon ordering my glasses. I wanted to add something that was not covered by insurance, and they're allowing me to make payments, because my glasses are not going to be ready for about 3 weeks. So they're allowing me to make smaller increment payments, instead of a one-time larger payment. Which I thought was extremely nice.
