I would have given a higher rating the only thing I would say is they didn’t accept my insurance and the person I booked my appointment with was not the person I was seen by. The person I was seen by was super sweet and helpful though!

The office has been closed with no explanation since my appointment so I cannot pick up my new glasses. Can’t think of a bigger “would not recommend” than that.

Is a doctor because she genuinely wants to help people - we need more doctor's like that in the profession. I wanted a second opinion but I'll gladly keep her at my main optometrist instead.

A very stressful emergency situation and everything from the scheduling staff, the front desk, the medical assistant and the doctor and follow up were handled quickly and with kindness. I'm not a great patient, but they were so helpful and put my mind at ease. I was able to get in immediately, hardly any wait time at the office, and a thorough exam where he explained everything going on. A follow up visit scheduled for 2 days after and then hopefully, no need to see a specialist, but even if I do, I know I was in good hands.
