I did not even make it to seeing the doctor before deciding that this office simply was not a good fit for me. I completed the documents on zocdoc and submitted all of my needed materials. When I got to the office the receptionist claimed that I had not completed any of the paperwork and as for my submissions for insurance she kept telling me "you did not do that" rather than simply letting me know she hadn't received said documents. I noticed a couple next to me who had gotten up to look around at the glasses selection and she said to them in such a nasty tone, "where are y'all going? I didn't even bill you out nor did I give you your prescriptions." I got up short after to ask if I had a payment and she said she needed a moment because she wasn't in my chart so I stood there patiently waiting for an answer until she looked up at me and said, "I said I need a moment go have a seat ." That's when I left. You go for treatment and are disrespected by rude receptionist.

Although the doctor was excellent, his assistant exhibited rudeness and poor communication skills. She lacked proficiency in operating the medical equipment and failed to provide comprehensive explanations regarding the available examination options.

Dr. Sudol is very kind and soft spoken. Although it was my first time there, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was in and out in an hour, tops, and that was including having the prices on everything explained to me and selecting a new pair of prescription glasses.

Walked in. Everything was seamless. Staff was super sweet and answered all my questions regarding contact lenses and glasses. Dr. Sudol made sure I was comfortable with my contacts and even retested me. Just a super nice experience! Highly recommend this location.

I needed to see an Optometrist on the weekend to deal with a stye. I was lucky to find Dr. Sudol had an opening. I had never seen him before but he was able to take care of me and get me on the road to healing. The office was quite busy on the Saturday I was there and there was a longer than usual wait time. However, the assistant kept checking in and updating me on the wait time.
