Had a very pleasant experience and the employees were very helpful with helping me pick out new glasses and informing me of my insurance coverage etc. Did go on a very busy day of the year so I understand the longer wait time while at this appointment but the doctor and staff were very apologetic about it so I do not mind it.

I have been going through a bit of a health crisis, and Dr. Cohn met me exactly where I was. He was throughout, he was validating, and he used a little humor to lighten my mood. I couldn’t recommend him more. I’ll be going back to him for all my eye needs, and will be bringing my four eyed husband with me!

Dr Cohn and his staff were exceptional. Dr Cohn took the time to discuss my ophthalmology history and the likely reason for my condition and ensured to advise me on approaching future appointments.
Gabriella at the front desk was very kind and patient with helping me to choose a frame and decide on any additional lens features. She did an great job in managing and explaining my billing as well.

The doctor is absolutely great and I am going to see him again. His office is great, too. But my appointment was at 10 am (at time when the store opens), i came 5 min prior and had to wait outside, and it was very cold.

The doctor approached me in the waiting area, observed my swollen eye, asked if i wore my contacts to sleep and then lectured me in the office waiting area in front of other patients about the dangers of wearing my contacts to sleep, telling me that i was going to go blind “like Elton John”. I repeatedly told him to stop, and he continued. This continued throughout my appointment with him. I told him several times that he was upsetting me and that I just wanted to be treated for my swollen eye, but he continued to lecture me while intermittently profusely apologizing and asking if i “was mad at him” and if i would “forgive him”. I would not recommend him.

Doctor Cohn has been my favorite doctors visit in years. He was absolutely willing to hear my concerns and explained my scans to me to feel reassured.
In addition to that he took into consideration that I work at a desk for multiple hours of the day and recommended me affordable glasses with a filter.
Dr Cohn is a doctor of the people and I highly recommend anyone to visit him.

OMG! From the doctor, the staff, the cleaness and of course I bought a Michael Kors frame they so cute like a sunglasses, no one will know it’s a prescription. I’m over satisfied. All the frames are on sale. Great place to go for general eyes check up or to buy some glasses. It’s 10/10 for me.
