Amazing first impression and visit at The Family Doctor. Even after deciding at the last minute to schedule my annual on the may day on the year, I was able to find Dr. Owusu easily on zocdoc, see her availability for the next day and get an appointment booked. And once I got to the office, the environment was high-end and inviting—it felt like a concierge medical experience. Dr. Owusu and her team have such a modern and customer-centric approach, after 5 years of searching for a new PCP, I think I have finally found my new medical home and a doctor to partner with to live my best life. Not to mention, her professionalism and expertise, listening to all my concerns before sharing her opinion and guidance. It was such a breath of fresh air. It’s evident that she really cares and genuinely takes pride in helping her patients.
