You have taken a giant step toward your mental health, welcome! I am here to work with individuals who are interested in improving symptoms of depression, anxiety, or other mental health concern they might have. The goal is to learn to individually cope with symptoms, all while continuing to lead a healthy lifestyle. I understand that people have a variety of interests, strengths, and skills. I have an eclectic therapeutic style, that helps me connect with folks of different backgrounds, who are experiencing a wide variety of concerns, and wish to tap into their truest and healthy selves.
