*please read throughly* The Harvest Method is a carefully curated team of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists providing personalized functional and integrative nutrition therapy through secure telehealth for clients across the United States. Our dietitians are advanced-trained and certified in functional and integrative medicine, behavioral health nutrition, eating disorder treatment, food psychology, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). We blend medical nutrition therapy with mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills to support whole-person health—physical, emotional, and mental. At The Harvest Method, nutrition care goes beyond education. We focus on coaching, skill-building, and realistic implementation so changes are sustainable and supportive of long-term well-being. All care is guided by our four foundational pillars: self-knowledge, self-care, self-trust, and self-respect. These principles allow us to create individualized, balanced plans that honor both clinical needs and real life. Our dietitians have extensive experience supporting weight management, eating disorders, adolescent and young adult nutrition, pre-, peri-, and post-natal nutrition, pediatric nutrition, oncology support, gastrointestinal conditions including IBS and IBD, and stress- and anxiety-related concerns. Clients are thoughtfully matched with the dietitian best suited to their needs. All services are provided via telehealth. We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, HSA, and self-pay. Zocdoc bookings begin with a brief discovery call to ensure the right clinical fit. We are intentional about this process and view care as a collaborative, longer-term relationship focused on meaningful, lasting change.

Rachel gave me more insight than any other nutritionist I have seen in the past. With other nutritionist I have seen it felt rushed and It never seamed like they trying to get to the root of the problem. My experience here has been totally different and I feel like I am being set up for success.
Had a virtual visit with Rachel and she spent a lot of time listening to my situation, concerns and requests. I learned a lot in the short time we spoke and she followed up our visit with really thorough documentation/recommendations, which I really appreciate!
