I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care via telehealth across Tennessee. I treat conditions including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and ADHD, with a focus on creating a supportive, judgment-free space where patients feel heard and understood.
Appointments are designed to be straightforward and accessible, with an emphasis on individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and supportive therapy.
