Nancy is an amazing therapist. She provides very effective tools to help with stress and anxiety. She does a great job scheduling your sessions around your schedule. She is great at helping you find solutions. I’m a teenager and I felt so comfortable talking to her. I have grown so much with the tools that she has taught me. I was very hesitant about doing therapy, but my parents kind of forced me to do it. I’m so thankful my parents made me do this.

Nancy is the best therapist I’ve ever had. Her style is based in trauma work and she will get to the root of your internal stress(ors). My work with her changed my life forever and for good, and I thank my lucky stars every day that she was my therapist. To this day, I still use her techniques and think about everything she has said/taught me during our time together in a rough point in my life. Nancy is amazing!! Never will disappoint!
