The Healing Nook LLC

I’ve spent my career working in all sorts of environments—from private practice and schools to non-profits—which has given me a deep appreciation for the unique paths we all walk. Whether I’m working with individuals, and couples, my goal is always to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen. I specialize in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, young adults, and couples. We might work together on things like anxiety, trauma, identity, or navigating the ups and downs of relationships. To help you get where you want to be, I draw from a 'toolbox' of evidence-based methods like IFS (parts work), CBT, and the Gottman Method—all wrapped in a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.
