Reaching out for therapy is the first step - now you're here, and ready to do the work to feel better. As a compassionate, empathetic and strengths-based therapist, I will support you in reaching your highest potential and teach you tools to help you get there. I will guide you into deep exploration of what's happening now, what got you here and finding the best ways navigate to where you want to be. I specialize in grief/loss, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and infertility and miscarriage. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Certified Grief Informed Professional. I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychoanalytical Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic Interventions to customize my approach with each client. As your therapist, we will go at your pace, working collaboratively to build a therapeutic alliance in a warm and judgement-free space.
