The Integrative Healers Collective was founded on the belief that healthcare should be accessible, preventive, and compassionate. We provide primary care with a focused expertise in managing complex, high-risk conditions including diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders, obesity, and other drivers of metabolic disease.
Our approach integrates evidence-based medical management with lifestyle medicine strategies to address inflammation, cardiometabolic risk, and long-term disease progression. By combining early risk identification with proactive intervention, we help patients reduce complications, prevent avoidable hospitalizations, and improve overall health outcomes.
In addition to managing complex chronic conditions, we provide preventive services, Medicare wellness visits, and women’s health care designed to identify risk early and optimize long-term outcomes. We also offer timely acute medical visits, with extended-hour availability primarily through virtual visits to enhance accessibility without compromising continuity of care. Our flexible care model integrates office visits, home-based services, and telemedicine, enabling us to meet patients where they are while delivering coordinated, evidence-based care.
