I had scheduled appointment with her and when I arrive to be seen I'm seen by another Dr. I was asking why is she not available since I had an appointment with her and I was told do I have a problem with it not being her, she's not free at the moment. I could see her sitting right by the side. You expect to be seen by the person you scheduled appointment with, not another ??
