We are a team of Independent Practitioners who love holistic and traditional treatment options for our diverse clientele. We have extensive experience in therapy, medication management, and integrative approaches to mental health. We want to help you through your personal journey of healing and help you therapeutically make changes to move you towards the life you want to live. Our goal is to help guide you through your personal Journey Within; moving you towards healing, acceptance, and relief. We have experience working with many mental health conditions, including- but not limited to: - Depression - Anxiety - ADD / ADHD - Trauma - PTSD / CPTSD - OCD - ASD / Autism Spectrum Disorder - Bipolar - Eating Disorder - Substance Abuse Disorder - Mood Disorders - Postpartum Depression - Suicidal Ideation Medication Management: We offer medication management or psychotropic medications to help you maintain optimal mental health results. We also offer more holistic approaches including supplements and other interventions including vitamin IV therapies to help maximize mental health results. We know current research proves medications/supplements combined with therapy yields the best results in mental health and can get the client further in their mental health healing. Specialized Therapies: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Internal Family Systems (IFS) Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP) Spravato Treatments Ketamine Assisted Therapy: Ketamine-assisted therapy is one of the many services we offer to support your healing. For some patients, it can provide the breakthrough needed to begin meaningful progress. Our providers work closely with you throughout the process, helping you improve your mental health and remove the barriers that keep you from fully engaging in your healing journey. If ketamine is not for you, we have many other tools to help support you in your mental health journey. Other services offered at The Journey Within: - Genomic testing for mental health - Supplements for mental health - Vitamin supplementation via IM or IV administration - Mindfulness/relaxation techniques/skills including: - Breathwork Classes - Sound Baths - Guided Meditations - Massage *Some of these services are rendered by trusted individuals independent from The Journey Within, who utilize our space to improve patient care.
