Through the building of a therapeutic relationship and using therapeutic interventions designed for you to holistic healing can take place. When healing takes place people can live healthier more fulfilled lives. Everyone has healing capabilities within them sometimes we just need support to help bring it out.

This wasn't a session - it was a 15-minute consultation. It wasn't a video conference, it was a phone call and she didn't have availability to meet with me ongoing. This was a little unclear - if I was booking a consultation it should have been made clearer.
