The Longwood Counseling Center
The Longwood Counseling Center provides in-person therapy for those in Central Florida and telehealth therapy for anyone anywhere in the State of Florida.
We provide individual therapy, couples/marriage/relationship therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. We specialize in applying the best-fit approach for each individual client. Whether you are struggling with emotional regulation, relationship issues, a crisis, finding a purpose, increasing your happiness, or a chronic health issue, we utilize the most appropriate theory and guidance for your unique situation.
In addition, an important rule of therapy: your privacy and peace of mind are our greatest concerns. Therapy needs to be confidential and non-judgmental in order to be effective. Prioritizing nonjudgment reduces assumptions and increases authenticity, problem-solving, and connection. Go ahead, try to surprise us.
