The facility was filthy and the nurse who drew my blood didnt use proper sterilization techniques. I was absolutely appalled!!!!!

Dr. Feliciano's bedside manner was very pleasant, her staff seemed nice.
However the office waiting room was very small and not sure if this is more of an urgent care or a primary care physician facility.

Didn't actually get to see the doctor. I was seen by a nurse practitioner who was lovely. Wait time was about 20 minutes. The receptionists are very to the point, which is OK by me. I normally see a different doctor but because I wasn't feeling well, I didnt want to wait my doctor's usual 1.5 hr wait, it was easier to see someone else. I wouldn't mind coming back again for the small stuff. Quick and easy visit.

This place was horrible. As soon as I went into a room the assistant immediately drew blood only to tell me they made a mistake and that I needed to go directly to the lab across the street then tossed my viles of blood in the garbage. Not only that, I never received the results from doctors office who was in the room for literally less than 2 minutes.
