This practice honors the mind-body connection and its role in adaptation. The Mind-Body Counseling Center, PLLC utilizes the therapeutic alliance to build a safe environment for growth. Neuropsychology is used to education and teach clients to reframe their understanding of themselves and others in place of the judgments that shift us into emotional, physiological, and stress states that do not serve us. The Mind Body Counseling Center, PLLC also utilizes emotion-focused and body-based interventions to rewire neuropathways and reset the nervous system.
