The staff were welcoming and proficient. Dr. Khanna acknowledged my concerns and took the time to address all of them. She is one of the very few doctors that I have encountered over the years that was knowledgeable about my persistent Lyme disease.

The staff was amazing! The nurse that helped me get ready was super nice and had an amazing personality and we kept on talking haha! Zocdoc told me that my appointment was moved to a Tuesday when it was originally on a Thursday but when I showed up they said my appointment was still Thursday. Must have been a glitch on Zocdoc side but the person at the desk immediately put me on the schedule and apologized many times, she was super nice and helpful. Even though it took about an hour and a half before I saw the doctor, it was super packed and everyone was rushing around trying to get everyone looked at. Nurses were apologizing left and right and it shows that these people really care for their patients and honestly I didn’t even mind the wait. At the end of the day, I found out my prescription and I left a happy camper.

I love going to the south Weymouth office. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and kind. I never wait to see the dr once the paperwork is completed. The dr is personable, engaging and informative. I never feel like I’m rushed through. She takes time to listen and answer any questions I have and within an hour the office followed up with answers to my insurance coverage. My experience with Dr Topgi was the best. She pulled pictures up on her computer and, educated me on my condition, which no other Dr has done. Dr Topgi is very thorough and reassuring. I will recommend her to family and friends.

Dr. Topgi is the best Opthamologist I have seen. She was very kind and thorough. She listed to my concerns and addressed the issues I scheduled the appointment for. I had an annual eye exam with an Optometrist in March and have been to a number of them over the years trying to resolve dry eye issues and complaints about blurriness/halos. The home regimen for dry eyes Dr. Topgi prescribed is much more aggressive so I am hopeful for a resolution and I have never been told before that I have cataracts in both eyes which may explain my sharp vision decline.
Her assistant who performed the initial photos/exam was also lovely and kind.
Both were very efficient with time. My total time for exam and appointment was 40 minutes which is much more reasonable than any other eye doctor I have seen which has been close to 2 hours.
Today I went to the Norwood office because of the availability, but I am looking forward to visiting them in the Quincy office which is closer for me.
Highly recommended.

I had an appointment today. The doctor was extremely rude! The way she spoke to an elderly patient was awful. She only spent about 10 minutes with me.The people at the desk were laughing at patients. My family has been going to this office for years. it's really changed. I won't be back.
